Introduction

The IBCG is a group of experienced business people who share the mutual interest of developing business ties and business in Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union. Its present membership includes more than 50 active businessmen and women in twelve countries. 

The basic product of the club is business information and its exchange. It is expected that club members will “network” and share information with one another, while at the same time respecting that information which has been requested to be held “confidential”. 

Recognizing that business is done between friends, one goal of the club is to organize meetings and events where like-minded people come together to exchange their experiences. 

Because of the geographical expanse of our target markets, it is not always possible that our various members can regularly attend meetings. Therefore, there is a heavy reliance on Internet communication and this website. Members will only get out of the IBCG what they put into it. 

There are no dues, initiation rites, or attendance requirements. Membership is by invitation only. It is expected that Members will treat others, as they would like to be treated by others. 

Emmett McLoughlin, a Real Estate Broker from Tucson, Arizona and Gaussig, Germany is the President, Membership Chairman and Webmaster. Lutz Schumacher, a lawyer from Leipzig ,Germany is the Secretary.
